Lauren grew up in Hamilton, NY, later relocating to Rome, NY after graduating high school.
She went on to attend the Culinary Institute of America, where she spent two years refining her culinary skills and developing a passion for creative, elevated dishes.
Now Lauren is bringing her talent to Franca’s, and we’re celebrating with a special Four-Course Sit-Down Dinner Event!
This will be a limited seating, one-night dining experience featuring a thoughtfully curated menu:
First course:
Arugula and spinach salad dressed in olive oil and lemon.
Second course:
Cavatelli tossed in a rustic garlic & herb tomato sauce.
Third course:
Choice of chicken or fish entree:
-Pan fried chicken cutlet with fresh pesto with a cantaloupe & honeydew marscapone salad. Topped with shaved parmesan, roasted red pepper and hot honey.
-Oven roasted haddock with roasted tomato with a zucchini crust, butternut squash puree with a crisp apple & pear slaw.
Fourth course
Classic non-alcoholic tiramisu with delicious espresso soaked ladyfingers and a light marscapone cream topped with cocoa powder and whip.
